Payments

Forms of payment - We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and checks. Cards will be charged when you finalize your online order. 

Sales Tax will be collected for all orders shipped to addresses in New York State

 

Confirmation & Shipping

You will receive a confirmation e-mail after your order has been processed 

Shipments are sent USPS Express fully insured for overnight delivery. 

A signature is required upon delivery of your package

We do not charge any shipping fees for orders placed online through the shopping cart

All items must ship to the billing address, for your protection 

 

Change of purchase 

Please call us immediately 212.996.0300  to make changes to your order.

Returns / Exchanges

You may return any  unworn  and undamaged  item within 5 days of receipt for a full refund, exchange or merchandise credit.  Customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

Repairs

Please allow 3 to 4 weeks for all repairs. We will expedite the process as much as possible.

Returns of merchandise for repair require authorization number by calling 212.996.0300.

Sizing

Most rings are sized to order upon purchase at no additional cost. The exception being if the design is entirely around the ring, such as an eternity band or channel set, then a special order cost applies.

Eternity bands and continuous design rings must be special ordered  in your size
